When registration is completed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email to the address listed on the registration form. If you do not receive an an email, the registration was not completed you must log in to GotSport and complete the registration. 

We do not allow players to be rostered in our recreational program and a competitive program at the same time. Refunds will not be given if a player is found to be enrolled in both. (This does not apply to players in the Challenge Youth Academy program)

Birth Certificates/Passport: 

All players  MUST email or upload to GotSport, a copy of birth certificate or passport for your child's account. Registration is not complete until the appropriate fee and verification of birth is received.   Email to: office@txheatwave.com 

Equipment:

All players need shin guards, soccer cleats and a ball - none of which are included with the registration fee. 

Team Formations:

Teams will be formed following the close of registration.  Please have any notes for requests entered before that time.  We try to place kids based on their neighborhood or school they are zoned to, but this is not guaranteed.

Coaches will receive rosters at their Coach Meeting and will contact their teams the weekend after the Coach Meeting.

Recreational Fees:

U4 - U8..................$ 110

U9 - U12 ..............$ 140

U13 - U19 ............$165

** There will be a $15 late fee after Sunday, August 4th for all player registrations.

Fees include the uniform (jersey, shorts and socks) and participation trophy or medals for the U4-U9 age groups. Individual and team pictures are included in the registration fee for Fall Season ONLY.  No Pictures are taken in the Spring season. 

* U19 players must be enrolled in high school and provide the Texas Heatwave with a Verification of Enrollment (VOE) from the school.

Refund Policy:

• Before registration closes - $15.00 cancellation fee will apply.
• After registration closes -  No refund unless due to an injury with a valid Doctor's note.   Refunds due to an injury are pro-rated based on the amount of season played (less a $20 uniform fee).

The Texas Heatwave now offers a $5 discount for families that have more than one child in Texas Heatwave Soccer Club.

If your child has an August birthday, we may play them up to be with their school-age peers.  If you do not want them to play up, please indicate this on their registration form.

Practices:

DO NOT request a practice day..  practices are picked after teams are formed by the Head Coach based on their availability. If your team practices on a day you are unavailable, we will try to accommodate a change request, but we cannot guarantee there will be another option available.  Please try to stay flexible!

Practice times vary and are Monday-Friday evenings, one practice per team per week.

Practices are held at Lindsay Lyons and Deer Ridge Fields (DR only available when the majority of team players are from Kingwood area).  Other practice locations are discouraged, as we cannot provide insurance at off-site locations.

Games:

One game per week per team, on Saturdays at Lindsay Lyons between 8am and 6pm.   There are typically more games in Fall season than Spring due to holiday weekends.
