Registration for Spring 2018

Registration is Open!

PLEASE READ BELOW:

When registration is completed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email to the address listed on the registration form. If you do not receive an an email, the registration was not completed you must log in and complete the registration.

Entering  your payment information to the system is not a confirmation that you are registered, you must digitally sign and accept the medical release to complete the registration. 

We do not allow players to be rostered in our recreational program and a competitive program at the same time. Refunds will not be given if a player is found to be enrolled in both. (This does not apply to players in the CTAP program)

 

 

Instructions for GotSoccer Single Registration:

If you are enrolling only one child, please select Individual Users - New Account.  (If you know your GotSoccer login for this child you can select Individual Account - Existing Account).

Step 1: Enter/update all Player and Parent information for your child.  Emails are needed to ensure you get team and club updates.  You can also include a Friend request or Return to a Previous Team/Coach.

Step 2: Additional Features - You may choose to purchase decals or make a contribution to the club.

Step 3: Choose your payment option (Credit card, check/money order).

Step 4: Registration Complete - If you chose to pay by check/money order, print this page and send with your payment before the registration deadline.

 

Instructions for GotSoccer Multiple Family Registrations        (Required to get the Family Discount on multiple children)

Select  Family Registration - New Account

Step 1: Complete the Family Account setup information

Step 2: Add Players to your Family - Create New Player or an Existing Player (You must have the player's GotSoccer username/password to import any existing players)

Step 3: If creating New Players, add all Player information and Save.

Step 4: Once all players are listed in your Family account, they must be assigned to a Club and Program (Texas Heatwave - Texas South).

Step 5: After assigned to 2016 Fall Recreational League, you should be given the option for each child to Register Now

Step 6: Enter/update all Player and Parent information for your child.  Emails are needed to ensure you get team and club updates.  You can also include a Friend request or Return to a Previous Team/Coach.

Step 7: Additional Features - You may choose to purchase decals or make a contribution to the club.

Step 8: Choose your payment option (Credit card, check/money order).  After registering 1 child, additional children will receive a $5 Family Discount.

Step 9: Registration Complete - If you chose to pay by check/money order, print this page and send with your payment before the registration deadline
