U-18 Texas Heat Defeat  Houston Dynamo Academy 1 - 0   The U-18 Texas Heat began their preparation for National Cup play with a 1 - 0 victory over the U-18/U-19 Houston Dynamo Academy team April 9th at the Dynamo training facility. The U-18 Heat are now ranked 19th in the nation following their recent successes in Dallas Cup, Disney Showcase and the Premier League           ***********************************      Heat Players Honored  Among Houston's Finest Congratulations to two Heat players trained by JR Lee, Cale Haas and Westin Brink, who have been selected by the Houston Dynamo and Adidas as top players in the Houston area.  The Adidas Best XI recognizes eleven boys and eleven girls from area high schools and was presented during halftime Saturday, May 3 at the Dynamo game. Congratulations also go out to Cale Haas, Luis Castillo and Jacob Truitt who have been selected for the Regional All Star High School Team.                               ********************************************************************

Congratulations Seniors!  The Texas HeatWave Soccer Club recently honored its 2008 graduating seniors for their years of dedication and hard work. Many players plan to continue playing soccer in college and signed their National Letters of Intent while many others are still choosing among the offers they have received.
